Illinois Cities Vary in Economic Planning.

Sep. 6--Collinsville community development director Paul Mann would like to see an economic planning committee created in his town.
Right now, Mann is a committee of one. He was hired less than a year ago after serving 15 years as an economic planner and developer in Hazelwood, Chesterfield, Kansas City and New Hampshire. From his experience, Mann believes the more, the merrier.
