Sep. 30--Shares of Rochester Hills-based Energy Conversion Devices Inc. plummeted more than 27 percent Monday after the company delayed filing its annual report and warned Wall Street that auditors could issue a report questioning the company's survival if it is unable to secure more financial investments.
