Sep. 29--KISSIMMEE, Fla.--Like nearly 18 percent of the people in Osceola County, Tina DeLuge doesn't have health insurance.

She can't afford the premiums or a doctor's visit on her family income, but that doesn't mean DeLuge has to go without medical treatment. She recently saw a doctor at the Osceola Christian Ministry Center free clinic and received two prescriptions for a skin inflammation.
