Kumbakonam, Jul 20 (PTI) India's former Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani and BJP President M Venkaiah Naidu on Tuesday visited Kumbakonam to express their grief at the fire tragedy which claimed 90 lives and announced a solatium of 2.5 million for the families of the victims.

Advani said that it was the responsibility of "all of us" to see that the safety and security of children in schools was taken care of.
