The Council on Tribunals today publishes its 2003-2004 Annual Report.

Announcing the publication of the Report, the Council's Chairman, Lord Newton of Braintree OBE, DL, said he welcomed the Department for Constitutional Affairs' White Paper - Transforming Public Services: Complaints, Redress and Tribunals - in which the Council looked forward to playing its part in carrying the new agenda forward.
