ST. LOUIS _ A familiar airline icon accompanied an estimated 200,000 travelers flying in and out of St. Louis' Lambert Field this Thanksgiving holiday, but most folks likely didn't need it.

Still, it was there. Just in case.

For more than 70 years, the air sickness bag has sat dutifully in the seat back pocket in front of passengers, sandwiched in with the in-flight safety instructions and the catalogue for gadgets and gizmos.

But most people never use the bag _ at least not like they're supposed to.
