United Solar Ovonic LLC (Uni-Solar Ovonic), a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. (ECD) (NASDAQ:ENER), has signed a new contract to provide a 300kW solar photovoltaic (PV) system for the Beijing New Capital Museum. The contract was signed in conjunction with a mission to China led by U.S. Secretary of Commerce Donald Evans that includes the U.S. Secretary of Labor Elaine Chao and the President's Export Council.
