FORT HOOD, Texas _ President Bush on Friday restated the case for possible war against Saddam Hussein, this time before a very special audience: Soldiers who might have to fight and die in Iraq.

"Should Saddam Hussein seal his fate by refusing to disarm, by ignoring the opinion of the world, you will be fighting not to conquer anybody, but to liberate people," Bush told the cheering soldiers.
