June 17, 2004 - The vertical tail plane (VTP, made of carbon fibre composites) for the first flying A380 has arrived at the Jean-Luc Lagardre final assembly hall in Toulouse, France after a two-and-a-half hour flight in the Beluga Super Transporter aircraft.
