Jul. 9--OAK RIDGE, Tenn. -- Wackenhut Services Inc. of Oak Ridge has joined an expanding effort to renovate Oak Ridge High School, pledging a $500,000 donation for the estimated $8 million project.

Wackenhut's donation will span a five-year period, with $100,000 being donated each year as part of its commitment to partner with other major employers.
