Eleven leasing transactions representing a total of nearly 75,000 square feet of office space were negotiated in 1991 by Fawn Associates Limited Partnership and Ghent Limited Partnership at three office complexes they own and operate here.
The activity resulted in a 95 percent occupancy rate at year's end for the total of 544,600 square feet of space offered at the three office properties - The Mill, the Greenwich Office Park and 100 Putnam Green - according to Steven Schacter, principal operating officer of both real estate entities.
