KARACHI, July 3 : Governor Sindh Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad has stressed the need for preparation of a major incident plan to deal with emergencies and adopting of a coordinated and organized approach to cope such crisis.
Facing any potential crisis is difficult without adequate preparation, he said while addressing a seminar on "Major Incident Plan to deal with emergencies" at a local hotel here on Saturday.
