LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- During a ceremony Saturday at CBS Studio Center, Lois Lee was awarded an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree from William Howard Taft University. David L. Boyd, president of the University, stated the award is in recognition of Lee's service to children over the past quarter century. Children of the Night celebrated its 25th Anniversary by bringing together many of the successful adults that they helped as children over the years.
