Jan. 19--Ongoing construction work provides more and more definition to the new general aviation facility at Athens Ben Epps Airport, but the picture for commercial air service there remains somewhat cloudy.
Currently the U.S. Department of Transportation's Essential Air Service EAS division is weighing proposals from two separate commercial passenger airlines about serving Ben Epps Airport.
