Jun. 23--Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center saw continued growth in patients, revenue and research funding in the past fiscal year, and it handled several cases that attracted national attention.
Officials hope the growth and acclaim will help secure the increased state funding they say they need to finance a $500 million expansion and renovation program.
