Apr. 23--After two tumultuous years at the helm of the Woods Hole, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Steamship Authority, CEO Fred Raskin has signaled he may soon jump ship.

In a one-sentence letter to the boat line's board of governors, Raskin triggered a clause in his contract allowing him to resign without penalty and giving Steamship Authority officials the option to fire him.
