NEW YORK, June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Starting today, Peter Cooper Village/Stuyvesant Town (PCV/ST) residents will have access to two rental cars through Zipcar, a non-traditional rental car company that is offering PCV/ST tenants exclusive use of self-service, on-demand cars. Zipcar will locate a Mini Cooper and Honda Element at PCV/ST, and the cars will be available for rent by the hour or by the day 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year.
