The woman whose telephone call to police last June prompted the investigation into Roger Eugene Magana's on-duty activities took the stand in his trial Wednesday and testified that the former patrol officer sexually assaulted her on two different occasions, about a year apart.
Magana, 41, is being tried in Lane County Circuit Court on 52 counts ranging from first-degree rape to harassment. The married father of two is accused of sexually abusing several women while in uniform.
