Jun. 14--Bucks County has its share of pricey new developments. But it seems that people also are increasingly attracted to the traditional small towns -- places where you can get around on foot rather than only by car.
Home prices have soared throughout the county, most notably in Ivyland. It may not have many sales in a given year, but prices more than doubled there from 1998 to 2003.
