Will the D-Channel Make the ISDN Market?

Efforts are being expended on a number of fronts to resuscitate ISDN. The one that has gotten the most attention is in the standards arena--National ISDN-1. During 1992, it is supposed to trigger much wider RBOC deployment of ISDN service, more interoperability among central office equipment and reduced costs for CPE.
