Health insurance -- the focus of several hearings during 1991 legislative sessions -- promises to be a hot topic in state and federal legislatures during 1992 as well. In Alaska, two health insurance bills of interest are in the Senate Health, Education and Social Services Committee chaired by Sen. Arliss Sturgulewski (R-Anchorage).
