General Dynamics has entered into an agreement to acquire Newton, N.C.-based TriPoint Global Communications, a privately held provider of ground-based satellite and wireless communication equipment and integration services for video, voice and data applications.
The acquisition will be accretive to General Dynamics, the company noted in a release. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
