Griswold Inc. last week completed an overhaul of its creative department with the hiring of Bob Marberry as vice president and associate creative director.

Mr. Marberry came to the Cleveland ad agency from the Houston office of Ogilvy & Mather, where he was vice president and creative director. At Griswold, he joins John Strohmeyer, who also was named vice president and associate creative director in September.

Four other creative executives either have come aboard or have been promoted since the hiring of Robert J. Clancy as creative director of Griswold in June.
