Jun. 9--LOWELL, Mass. -- Any given day chances are there's a game of musical chairs happening at the Lowell Community Health Center.

Not long ago, for example, two Portuguese-speaking staffers at the health center's pre-natal and womens' services units were transferred to the center's Rogers Middle School clinic, where there's been an influx of Brazilian students. Conversely, a Khmer-speaking woman at the Rogers was reassigned to the pre-natal unit, where her fluency was needed.
