IRAN: KHORASAN CRYSTAL MELAMINE UNIT INAUGURATED - OVERVIEW.

According to "Tehran Times", the crystal melamine unit of Khorasan Petrochemical Complex was officially inaugurated this week. The unit is capable of producing 20,000 tons crystal melamine per annum to meet domestic needs and boost exports. The inauguration ceremony was attended by first vice president, Mohammad Reza Aref, Minister of Oil Bijan Namdar Zanganeh, deputy oil minister and managing director of the National Petrochemical Company, Nematzadeh, and a number of Majlis deputies.
