INTERFAX-CHINA - The construction of hydroelectric plants should become a priority area of China's energy sector, experts with the Chinese energy company Yangtze Electric Power said in a report published last week in the Chinese newspaper Shanghai Zhengquan Bao (Shanghai Securities News).
