Linda McKnight and her husband, Pete, of Plainfield, Ill., have been stopping traffic with their purple "Ride The Wave" petunia tree.

Linda says that folks are coming to her door asking, "What kind of tree is that?"

When she explains it's a tree frame her husband made from PVC pipe, materials found at the local hardware store and pots of Double Wave petunias, people want him to build one for them, too.

While Pete isn't taking orders, he has generously shared his ingenuity with the people at Wave. You can ...
