Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty and Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak will salute minority entrepreneurs and their mentors today at the annual luncheon meeting of the Metropolitan Economic Development Association (MEDA) at the Minneapolis Hyatt Regency Hotel.
