At first blush, it seems odd.
A divorced, childless, 40-ish, salt-and-pepper haired and bespectacled Beacon Hill consulting engineer taking up the fight against child-whacking in high-rent, lefty, anti-MCAS, 20-advanced-degrees-per-capita Brookline.
And he claims nobody whacked him as child, either.
But I do know this. When Ron Goldman takes the Town Meeting floor tonight to argue "it hereby be resolved that Town Meeting encourages parents and caregivers . . . to refrain from the use of corporal punishment" - he'll be preaching to the choir. ...
