Attending the 16th League summit, Arab leaders make a joint pledge to embrace reforms and fight terrorism and also for the 1st time condemn attacks against Palestinian and Israeli civilians alike. 13 heads of state and 3 PMs from the 22 member Arab League, took part in the opening session at a heavily guarded conference centre in Tunis.
