Titan Corp. found itself at the center of more unwanted attention last week as an internal Army report alleged that one or more translators employed under a Titan contract were at the scene of the abuses at the Abu Ghraib military prison near Baghdad.
The allegations were not entirely clear, and the Army report made reference to employees of San Diego-based Titan and a second company, Virginia-based CACI International.
