A VISIT to the New Lanark World Herit-age Site in Southern Scotland is like stepping back in time.
From former mill owner Robert Owen's house, to the school he built to aid childrens education, New Lanark is a village steeped in history.
Over 200 years ago the beautiful sandstone cotton mills of New Lanark were founded in a dramatic gorge close to the mesmerising Falls of Clyde.
