A Florida man was recently indicted on a charge that he threatened Notre Dame football coach Tyron Willingham. Willingham, the first Black head coach in the prestigious Catholic university's history, declined to say how he received the threat or its contents.

Andrew French, 24, of Fort Meyers, FL, faces a federal charge transmitting in interstate commerce communication containing a threat to injure. The alleged threat was made late last year.
