Galleon goes for promotion.(Business)

West Midlands new media group Galleon Holdings yesterday snapped up promotions company Croco Worldwide Sourcing in a deal worth pounds 750,000.

Galleon, headed by entrepreneur Jim Driscoll, said it had acquired the entire share capital of Croco for a consideration of 75 million Galleon shares at 1p each.

Mr Driscoll, Galleon's chairman, said: 'I am delighted that we have completed this acquisition.
