May 6--An environmental group rates two power plants operated by subsidiaries of Ameren Corp. as among the nation's biggest polluters.

In a report released Wednesday, the Environmental Integrity Project ranked the top 50 power-plant polluters in each of three categories: sulfur dioxide, carbon dioxide and mercury.
