Jakarta, April 28 (ANTARA) - The General Elections Commission (KPU) will help a number of its district/municipal branches in making recapitulations of their vote tallies following its failure to meet its April 28 deadline for the announcement of the final results of the recent legislative polls, a spokesman said.
