A FORMER female child carer, dubbed "Evil Eye", frightened children with ghost stories and talk of the devil before sexually abusing them, a court heard yesterday.
The claim was made at the trial of 68-year-old Sarah Jayne Margaret Hewitt and a second former carer Robert George Anderson, 46.
