NLC introduces new council for large cities.(National League of Cities)

A new council within the National League of Cities will allow officials from large cities to network and become more active within the organization.

The Central Cities Council was established in 2003 to ensure that the interests and concerns of larger communities are part of NLC's overall policies and programs, and to provide a forum for elected officials from larger urban areas to network and share ideas.
