When describing Louis XIII, chef-owner David Fhima has called his slick new Southdale restaurant "Versailles meets Bon Jovi" or " `La Boheme' meets Manhattan." Maybe, but here's one thing it definitely is not: "Cheesecake Factory meets P.F. Chang's."
