The seashore is the place where the land meets the sea. Many animals live at the seashore. Look carefully at the picture below. How many seashore animals do you see? Look inside to learn more about some seashore animals.

Crabs are sea animals that have a shell and ten legs. The two front legs have claws. A crab uses its claws to hunt, grab food, and defend itself. Crabs eat small fish and small plants growing on seashore rocks. Most crabs can live in and out of water.
