Providence, R.I., Council Restricts Sales by Peddlers.

Apr. 16--PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- The City Council last night voted to adopt experimental no-peddling zones around the Dunkin' Donuts Center and the Performing Arts Center.
At the same time, council members pumped air into the peddlers' balloons by announcing they will create a committee to review regulation of peddling. The committee would include peddlers, who fiercely oppose the no-peddling zones.
