Ops on Olympics: Winter of Discontent

Turner Network Television's partial coverage of the 1992 Winter Olympics may be a coup for cable, but few local ad sales executives are expecting to make much profit from the event.

Citing a host of problems, interconnects and operators say they plan to counter those obstacles by packaging the Winter Olympics with other programming.
