SAUDI ARABIA: OIC CHIEF CALLS FOR REJECTION OF RELIGIOUS FANATICISM.(Brief Article)

According to IINA, Dr. Abdul Wahed Belkeziz, secretary-general of the Jeddah-based Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC), has urged the Muslim communities to hold fast to their Islamic ideology as well to eschew religious fanaticism and reject extremism. He also highlighted the continuous endeavors being made by OIC to support the Muslim communities in non-OIC Member States to make them aware of the fundamentals of Islam as well as its lofty ideals.
