Nutrition Labeling for Whose Good? EEC, USA Coming to Grips with Claims

If you believe that foods - specifically nutrients - affect health; if you accept the figures showing increasing consumption of packaged food; if you believe that people should be given the widest possible range of foods from which to select, then chances are that you'll think nutrition labeling is a good idea.
