A delegation from Durham University will attend the funeral in Switzerland today of its Chancellor Peter Ustinov.

A service was due to be held in St Pierre's Cathedral, Geneva.

The actor and director died last weekend at the age of 82. He had been Chancellor since 1992.

Pro vice-chancellor Prof John Anstee his wife, Angela, and the university's head of public relations Keith Seacroft flew out to the service.
