NEW YORK -- Using a new licensing agreement with Elizabeth Arden as its wedge, Del Laboratories is breaking into the professional salon business.

The company announced Thursday it had struck a deal with Elizabeth Arden Inc. that would enable it to create a salon nail care collection under the Elizabeth Arden and Red Door logos.
