2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/3 cup brandy
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
3 Cornish hens, split in halves,
(about 1 1/2-pounds each)
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
