A new documentary titled Super Size Me chronicles the mental and physical hazards of a steady diet of fast foods. After 30 days of eating only McDonald's food, director/ producer Morgan Spurlock gained 30 pounds, and his cholesterol level "shot through the ceiling," which is no surprise to health and nutrition experts.
