The French company Zodiac Group, parent of Zodiac American Pools Inc., has acquired Vogue Pool Products, an aboveground pool manufacturer based in Montreal. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Vogue will operate separately from Zodiac American, which owns aboveground-pool manufacturers Muskin, Ovation and KD Portable Pools.
"It's going to be business as usual for both companies," said Howard French, president of Midway, Ga.-based Zodiac American. Vogue maintains its separate identity and remains with its management structure."
