EU Member States are looking for more of a say in the development of the embryonic European Neighbourhood Policy that looks to boost the EU's relations with its post-enlargement neighbours to the East and South. Sources say recent discussions in COREPER (the Committee of Member States' Permanent Representatives to the EU) have shown that Member States are keen to have more information about the work the European Commission has been doing in this area, and a chance to give guidance on the development of the Policy - which ultimately could be as far-reaching as offering partner ...
